All AVA Residences homes are fully furnished and move-in ready. Your stay includes all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, in-home washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen (cookware and appliances), provided starter supplies, comfortable bedroom furnishings, Smart TVs, and private on-site parking.
Our individual room rates in shared housing directly match both short-term and long-term FAA Academy lodging per diem rates, meaning zero out-of-pocket costs for FAA students. If you wish to reserve an entire house privately, an additional out-of-pocket cost applies. All utilities, high-speed internet, and home amenities are fully covered under your rate.
Yes. You can reserve an entire private residence rather than booking an individual room in a shared house. Entire house bookings incur an additional out-of-pocket fee above standard per diem coverage. Contact us with your dates to get a quote for a private home.
Depends, Pets are not permitted in shared student housing to respect the comfort and allergies of other housemates. However, if you are renting an entire private home, pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior approval and a non-refundable $200.00 pet deposit/fee per pet. Please contact us prior to booking to check availability.
Yes, all utilities (electric, water, gas, trash), high-speed Wi-Fi, routine property maintenance, and regular lawn care are fully included in your rate with zero surprise bills or hidden fees.
Yes, we offer flexible terms aligned with the FAA Academy. We understand class schedules, wash-outs, or early graduations can happen unexpectedly. If your training dates change or end early, we will adjust your stay accordingly with zero penalty fees.
Yes, absolutely! We encourage classmates and study groups to book together. When submitting your reservation inquiry, simply mention your classmates' names or request to be placed in the same residence. Room placements are handled on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend reaching out as early as possible so we can hold rooms in the same home for your group.
